My Domain does not issue keys, however if you lose your pad lock keys, you can contact our maintenance team and we can bolt cut your lock for you. It might help to bring a combination lock if losing keys is your thing. My Domain Observatory and Salt River does not use keys, you will  have access to your room with a biometric scanner.

Every residential unit, study zone and social area comes equipped with fire extinguishers and a clear evacuation layout. Please be careful with any potentially flammable items at all times.

My Domain has an on-site Building Manager and trained staff who will deal with the day-to-day needs of our residents. In addition, we also have an on-site caretaker available for after hour emergencies.
